eBay Buyer Unable to View Details of Purchased Item

Dear Ina,
I just discovered a change in my eBay purchase listings and am furious about it.

I was searching an item I have already bought a few of, that haven't arrived yet, so I went to my purchased items and clicked on the item I bought to view the descriptions and see if I had not maybe already bought some.

To my horror I get a pop-up from eBay saying basically, sorry, but the item has already been sold. What??? I KNOW it's been sold. I bought it!!! Idiots!!!

What I wanted was to check the listing again and now aside from some basic useless details to me, I no longer can access the images or seller's descriptions. See attached screenshots.

Has anyone else experienced this deletion of products details?

How long expired was the purchase awaiting receipt that was also bought in quantity before that you clicked on to check if you maybe already bought some? (?)

I checked my purchases and as of now I can see them fine.

Now there was some odd issues off and on yesterday. You should check again and see if you can get to the info you desire now.

I buy daily singles & multiples in a niche market and have upwards of 50-75 purchases arriving weekly. The item in question was bought within the last week of the one I was researching. This is not my first rodeo here, Sir, so I'm sorry if my vocabulary is ... ummm... above you?

Thank you for your comment - much appreciated. Yes, I just checked that listing again and now it displays just fine. I guess I wasn't the only one seeing a glitch and suspect there were many others during that time in question. eBay is just not dependable anymore for buyers, or sellers, for that matter.

Not like the 'old days' huh? LOL
