Oct 18, 2016 | 3dCart is on-going work-in-progress -- tweaks and reworks but not the way eBay does it. System provides everything I needed to begin move from eBay (almost there!). I've been with them a little over a year. Provide multiple free templates for your store design and there are resources available to help out or provide additional design work. Fairly priced - varying levels of resource availability as store grows. Cust Service is very good and improving. |

Dec 7, 2014 | Besides the slick tools and high performance & reliability, it offers Exceptional customer service! 2 years with 3Dcart after being 8 years on another platform that did not care about their customers, outdated service. Would never look at another platform after experiencing 3Dcart! Sound Happy? Yes we are! |

Apr 26, 2013 | Once upon a time, I would have recommended 3d Cart, but no more. Slow, over-crowded servers, no redundant backup systems, outages and definitely inaccurate bandwidth meters (not enough room to explain, but that's how they bill you) are the norm. Now most of their updates involve finding new ways to charge you for some other aspect of their service. No cart solution is perfect mind you, but greed and a dismissive attitude toward customers now seems to be the norm at 3d. |

Jan 22, 2012 | I've been using them since 2004. Their service is the best. Customer service is outstanding. The shopping cart is loaded with features. Price is very reasonable. |

Nov 20, 2011 | I have been using 3dCart since 2005 and have been very happy with their performance, customer service, and the bang for the buck. They also designed my website. Lots of integration tools, like QuickBooks.
