Online Marketplace Bonanza Launches Vercado

Bonanza announced a new webstore builder and business hub called Vercado, which it compared to the popular ecommerce platform Shopify Plus. In a blog post on Tuesday, online marketplace Bonanza described its new offering:

“Now you can sell on platforms like Bonanza, Etsy, eBay, and Amazon while managing orders from a single central location. Enjoy the convenience of comparing rates from top carriers like FedEx, UPS, and USPS.

“So now there’s integrated financials, limitless storage for digital goods, and bespoke business analytics. Vercado caters to both B2C and B2B needs. Think of it as a powerful alternative to Shopify Plus, eliminating the need for separate systems like Quickbooks or dedicated shipping platforms.”

Vercado by Bonanza replaces Bonanza Webstores and costs $99/month, with zero transaction fees for sales made on the Vercado store. It’s free for sellers with a Diamond-level subscription to Bonanza, which costs $113/month.

Bonanza described some of the benefits in its email announcement on December 26, 2023:
