3Dsellers Launches Shipping Tracker for eBay Sellers

3Dsellers launched a new management tool to help eBay sellers automate shipping updates to their customers. Keeping buyers informed about shipping and delivery status is important for all merchants, but especially so for marketplace sellers. 3Dsellers’ added capabilities allows seamless integration with eBay’s tracking details and improves customer service with proactive notifications.

According to 3Dsellers CEO Alex Flom, the automated solution is easy to set-up and includes fully customizable message templates for appropriate triggers; it also alerts sellers when an immediate attention is needed. He said it saves merchants time, “while increasing responsiveness and credibility of their business.”

All messages sent through 3Dsellers Shipping Tracker are personalized and can be differentiated by couriers and sending time according to the delivery status. A total of eight message templates are included in the software with an ability to create a custom message for any delivery trigger.

Additional features of the 3Dsellers Shipping Tracker include:

  • Total sales delivery overview dashboard
  • Advanced filtering capabilities
  • A selection of alerts for the seller
  • Blacklisting

The 3Dsellers solution supports over 100 domestic and international shipping couriers. You can learn more on the 3Dsellers website.
