eBay Canada Extends Shipping Discount for Tracked Packets to US

eBay Canada introduced a promotional rate on packages to the US in September that was set to expire on December 31st. eBay announced it is extending the promotional rates through March 31, 2024.

The Canada Post Tracked Packet – USA™ service is designed to help sellers offer low-cost, tracked shipping to buyers in the US.

eBay had initially announced the promotion on September 25, offering discounts of up to 61% for Canada Post Tracked Packet – USA for sellers who used eBay Labels to purchase the postage.

The special rates apply to items weighing up to two kilograms (approximately 4.41 pounds), shipping from Canada to any location in the US.

“eBay sellers can access the specially reduced rates simply by purchasing their shipping on eBay Labels – our on-platform label-printing solution,” according to the latest announcement on eBay Canada. “You can also access reduced rates on eBay Labels for domestic shipping of small, lightweight items through Canada Post Expedited Lite.”
