eBay Runs Holiday Auction Listing Promotion

eBay is inviting some sellers to “Make holiday dreams come true” with a new listing promotion. “List up to 10K items FREE – cash in on holiday shopping,” it proclaimed in the invitation email.

The promotion lets invited sellers list up to 1,000 listings a day over the course of the promotion, with certain restrictions, for a maximum of 10,000 listings over the 10-day period.

Invited sellers who create a listing in the auction-style format or auction-style with Buy It Now format will pay no insertion fee per item listed and no additional fee for adding Gallery Plus to these listings (“Promotion”); 3-, 5-, and 7- day durations are included.

All existing selling limits as well as category and item limits apply and may prevent sellers from creating the maximum number of listings.

The promotion kicked off on December 6th and runs through December 15th. All other fees apply, see the invitation for details and restrictions.
