Issue: eBay removed cosmetics listing due to the photo showing an unsealed cosmetics item. It's a supplier photo that I'm contractually obligated to use. I worry for anyone with photos that actually shows the buyer what they are buying! So everyone.

Is that really a glitch or just them enforcing a policy that you should have researched before entering a contract?

The smart move would be just to let the supplier know and stop carrying the product so you don't get a restriction. Misleading photos are a problem and should probably be enforced.
