Some promoted items are having the shipping price hidden from search results, while non-promoted show shipping prices on the search results list. It makes it look like a promoted item is cheapest when it's not even close.

I try to avoid any promoted items because they are not the best deal. eBay is run by idiots

This has been like this for a few years. It is not a "glitch", it is by design.
