May 12, 2015 | I am a little worried that some people think there is none better than this product, as I am dropping my subscription to look for another vendor. Endicia/Dazzle is very awkward to use even after the huge learning curve in figuring it out. Lots of bugs, and features that if tweaked, would work fine, but don't keep your hopes up. The support staff seems to understand the problems I report, but for some reason, issues almost never get fixed. | macsbaby
Nov 7, 2013 | I have been using this for about 6 years, and really only complaints are the changes and the issues with layouts sometimes. If you have to change computers be ready for a change...it can be difficult. I would give this overall 4 1/2 STARS. Not perfect...but very very good, and I dont think better is out there. | Moonwishes
Oct 20, 2013 | Around ten years of service without a single problem :) I have labels set up for the two venues that I sell on and one international label. I switch between them as needed and while one poster above complained that it was a pain to switch between first class and Priority, I don't know why, as it is no different than putting in a different weight on the label. Highly recommended. | STL Mom
Sep 6, 2013 | I've been with Endicia for 8 years. There is definitely a learning curve with their Dazzle program (stand alone program to run postage). You have to do things a certain way or you'll print postage for the wrong person. It's a pain to change between 1st class, Priority and international. I do like the seamless integration with UPik. I also like options like printing a new date. Because program is buggy, I have used customer service many times. It's hit or miss. I have gotten good and bad reps. | Cloud
Jul 12, 2013 | They do have a bad habit of pushing out updates that are not ready but other than that I like the service. I haven't tried any other except PayPal and of course they aren't even in the running. |
