Feb 17, 2013 | Poor open rate I believe due to the fact you cannot send an email using your own established email account. Customer service answers are sometimes snarky sounding. Not everyone is a computer whiz. It is a cheap service so I guess you get what you pay for. | Eagle
Aug 20, 2011 | My daughter is signed up to received our newsletter, but she never receives it? Our email dashboard says it was sent, but it's not found anywhere (spam folder, etc)? Curiously, we are both hooked into same ISP on same router. Actually we set side-by-side at work. Curious how many other email aren't received which we pay for? |
