May 18, 2012 | TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!! paid $64.99 for a 6 month subscription and I never received the service. I TRIED emailing auctionstealer NUMEROUS of times of times and NOBODY ever contacted me back regarding the issue! I had to file a claim with paypal to try to get my $$ back. Very disappointing as I had been a member before and was happy with their service, but not anymore! Would not recommend now to anybody! | thedogsmith
Feb 5, 2012 | The benefits to me have been (1) discipline: you don't chase above the worth to you, (2) you don't declare your hand as an early bidder and (3) you don't miss out because you forgot. I've missed a couple for reason 1, but the platform has been completely reliable, and reason 3 means I've got value far exceeding the cost. The interface in your IE Favourites makes it extremely fast and easy in use, and I've had replies to questions. For just over £1 per week you couldn't beat it. | JCP
Sep 17, 2011 | Worst service I've ever seen. Have tried to contact them on a number of occasions and have as yet received a response to my requests. Suppose if you do not pay the big fees, you are considered not worth the effort to receive a response from their customless service. Find someone else to do your bidding for you! All One Stars are based on lack of service and would have put Zero stars if there had been an option. | scview
Aug 22, 2011 | I have used this service for years. Over 10,000 lots won with no problems. I have bid against other buyers in my area of collecting that use different snipe software...I have a much greater success rate with the 5 seconds & less bid than they do...I love this service. |
