Amazon Holds Spring Sale Not Tied to Prime Membership

Amazon is holding its spring sale next week, and unlike Prime Day sales events it’s open to all customers – although Prime members will have access to some exclusive deals.

The company typically holds a spring sale in Europe each year, but announced this week that it will hold its “first-ever Big Spring Sale” on Amazon.com from March 20 through March 25. “You’ll find discounts on warm-weather essentials like spring fashion, outdoor furniture, lawn and garden essentials, cleaning and organizing products, and more. All customers can shop the sale, which includes deals on Amazon devices like Echo and Kindle devices, and Prime members will receive access to exciting, exclusive deals.”

In inviting merchants to participate last month, it told sellers, “The 2024 March sale will focus on Outdoor & Garden, Home, Beauty & Fashion, Pets, Travel, and other seasonally relevant categories. The sale will have a dedicated landing page and will be promoted through paid media and merchandize placements on Amazon.com.”

Amazon generally holds its annual Prime Day sale in July (last year it was held July 11 through 12th), followed by Prime Big Deal Days (held on October 10 – 11 last year).

Amazon’s Big Spring Sale will kick off on Wednesday at amazon.com/bigspringsale.
