I avoided Parcel Post like the plague because of too much damage to fragile items, but GA has been the exact opposite. And the shipping time is highly improved. It appeals to customers because the prices are lower than Priority Mail. As for First Class, I don’t notice any difference.

But this new Ground Advantage has been great. I have been offering it since it started and the delivery speed seems fine and pricing has shown decent savings over Priority Mail.
