The End of Free inkFrog Accounts for eBay Sellers

inkFrog

inkFroginkFrog notified sellers this week it will no longer make available free accounts to those who had been grandfathered in. The tool helps online sellers manage their inventory, market, and synchronize their product eBay listings with accounts on Shopify, BigCommerce, and Amazon.

Spokesperson Chris Little said inkFrog is in the process of giving customers a substantial discount if they upgrade to a paid account before their accounts are closed.

“inkFrog resources and support will be focused on helping customers who see value in our service and we remain to this day the most feature-packed eBay listing platform on the market at a better price than competitor platforms,” he said.

New features are under development, including automatic feedback and an integration with shipping and insurance provider ShipSaver.

Little also said the company is working on advanced eBay analytics, functionality that sellers have proven they would be willing to pay for if it helps them determine how to optimize traffic to their listings.

Sellers have until September 14, 2018 to switch to a paid plan before their free accounts end.
