eBay is offering sellers the chance to save on USPS shipping throughout the holidays when using eBay Labels.
Normally the program is limited to eBay Top Rated sellers and sellers with an average of 300 transactions per month, who automatically save up to 37% on domestic shipping and up to 18% on international shipping when they pay for and print USPS shipping labels on eBay. All other sellers receive Commercial Base discounts via eBay Labels.
With the holiday promotion, sellers with 50 transactions or more per month will be able to take advantage of the USPS Discounts that Platinum/Titanium/Top-Rated Sellers experience year-round.
The limited-time discount reflects the Commercial Plus pricing that is available year-round to eBay Top Rated Sellers and Platinum, Titanium, Gold, and Silver PowerSellers.
In a further pitch to encourage sellers to print postage using its system, eBay reminded sellers in its announcement that when using eBay Labels, tracking is automatically uploaded to My eBay and emailed to buyers so they know their item is on its way.
