ShipStation, which offers multi-carrier shipping software to multi-channel merchants, has launched a new consulting service to help merchants optimize their fulfillment operations. ShipStation Professional Services can help sellers identify and eliminate bottlenecks, for example, leading to faster fulfillment times and reduced costs.
In addition to workflow and shipping-process optimization, ShipStation consultants will help merchants find the most cost-effective shipping solutions and improve their warehouse layout and order pickup. Its experts will also ensure merchants are using all the features of their ShipStation account.
The company’s Vice President of Marketing Andrea McFarling explained the value proposition in a post on LinkedIn:
