Received email "Your item not as described rates were high in Apr 2024" went to dashboard (not helpful), downloaded the report. According to the report despite eBay removing feedbacks, and granting appeals. They left the service metrics for all!

Yes, even if you WIN an INR because it WAS received and you shipped on time, they KEEP a DEFECT and HOLD IT AGAINST YOU.
