Bonanza is running its annual seller-funded Spring Sale and invited sellers to participate. Sellers can choose how much of a discount to offer and must set up a coupon with the code “SpringSale2024.” Buyers will be able to use the coupon code on purchases throughout the site, with the discount being unique to each seller.
Bonanza will share the coupon code on Instagram and Facebook and will promote the sale through an email campaign to its marketplace buyers and by posting to the Bonanza Coupons & Deals page.
The marketplace encouraged sellers to promote the sale, which will kick off on May 8th and will run through May 15th. It provided instructions for sellers on how to create coupons and also provided a booth banner to help promote the sale.
This is the 4th annual Bonanza Spring Sale. More information is available on the Bonanza blog.
It would be great to know how Bonanza is doing re sales, following the forced shipping labels introduction last year. I dropped Bonanza as a sales platform at that time. Are the number of sales up? Have the number of buyers increased? Are sellers seeing more sales or fewer?
I really wish Bonanza would let up on that forced PreyPal requirement. Stripe really conveniently lets you set up sub accounts that route to different banks based on an API key. PayPal doesn’t have that. One e-mail address, one PayPal account. Makes keeping track of sales in multiple channels a real pain, even if PayPal was a good enough service to bother jumping through hoops for (which it’s not).
Since moving 600+ items over from ebay, I have made ONE sale on Bonanza in the last 3 years! Their Label-Printing system then was AWFUL! I would Love to know, from personal experience, if it has Improved!
My other concern, is that I have Not Changed my Flat-Rate shipping prices, since I have Not made a sale in a Long time, and I am Sure that They are now Too Low!
