Walmart is holding a sale exclusively for members of its Walmart+ program to give them early access to limited-edition items. “Members love the thrill of getting ‘first dibs’ on special product releases and having an array of exclusive and limited-edition items at their fingertips,” the retailer explained.

Like Amazon Prime Day sales, the Walmart+ Early Access event is an attempt to reinforce the value of membership.

Walmart+ members have shown significant engagement with digital offerings, particularly in the grocery sector. Some of the limited-edition grocery items include autographed Chips Ahoy! MMMProved Keke Palmer fan boxes for $4.98; Dolly Parton’s Rockin’ New Baking Collection for $39.97; and personalized Oreo cookies (“OREOiD Celebrations Red & White Drizzled Brown Fudge”) for $19.59.

The sale kicks off on Monday, April 29, at Walmart.com/shop/earlyaccess and runs through Tuesday, April 30. Members can shop a curated selection of new products debuting on Walmart for the first time as part of the Walmart+ Early Access event.
