A new version of GarageSale’s eBay listing tool for Macs is available. GarageSale 9.5 adds improvements in two critical areas: Trading cards and catalog integration.
German-based iwascoding founder Ilja Iwas explained in a press release on Friday the benefit of upgrading the software:
“eBay has introduced a new system for specifying the condition of trading cards. This new system requires sellers to specify the grade of a trading card, and optionally a grading institution and a certificate. GarageSale now lets sellers specify these values in its listing inspector.
“The listing process in categories that make heavy use of eBay’s product catalog, e.g. book categories, has been improved. In particular, GarageSale no longer asks you to enter “required” attributes, when these attributes are already part of the selected product and therefore would be displayed on the eBay page automatically.”
Iwascoding has been an eBay developer for over a decade and was a runner-up for the eBay Star Developer awards in 2008.
Upgrades from older versions are available starting at $19.99. First-time customers can order GarageSale 9.5 from the iwascoding website for $39.99.
Can’t use this with eBay because eBay’s corporate bigwigs don’t welcome “garage sales”.
